The Parrot Effect

The project has not recieved updates since Jan 2024, but after having an accidental 2-hour play session I have regained faith in this little game.

Latest versions:

~ Jan 2024 ~ v0.7

• - polished, updated some visuals like particles, balanced the weapons and added an ammo system. Also reworked the sword, so try it out! And keep in mind that the laser has stayed as an experimental item - it's texture is wrong and it itself is very overpowered.

~Oct 2024 ~ v0.8

• - a little update to the spawning so it actually gets harder to play as you go. Also ammo rebalance (still, DO NOT use the laser).

~Dec 2024 ~v0.9

• - Added full controller support! Tried balancing it so it shouldn't feel inferior to mouse controls.

• - Full Android port, though there are no mobile joysticks, so movement is restricted to an external controller.

• - Fixed some visual inconsistencies and bugs, including being stuck inside a container at the start of the game.
